1. Site publisher
The CompetHub site (hereinafter the "Site" or the "Service") is published by two natural persons acting on a non-professional, voluntary and free-of-charge basis, with no profit-making purpose.
In accordance with Article 6, III, 2° of French Act No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), the publishers, being natural persons publishing the Site on a non-professional basis, have chosen to remain anonymous towards the public. Their identity and contact details have been provided to the Site’s host, which retains them and keeps them available to the judicial authority under the conditions laid down by law.

Publication is directed jointly by the Site’s publishers, who can be reached at the contact address mentioned above.

4. Intellectual property
All the elements making up the Site (structure, code, texts, the "CompetHub" name and logo, visual identity, graphics and interfaces) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the publishers, with the exception of content published by users.
Any reproduction, representation, modification or use, in whole or in part, of the Site or its elements, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorization of the publishers, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement.
5. Personal data
The processing of personal data within the Site is described in the Privacy Policy. You have rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection in accordance with the GDPR.
6. Liability
The conditions of use of the Service and the applicable limitations of liability are set out in the Terms of Use.
7. Reporting illegal content
The Site hosts content published by its users (competition organizers in particular). In accordance with the LCEN, the publishers do not carry out general monitoring of this content. Any manifestly illegal content may be reported to the contact address indicated above, specifying the URL concerned and the reason for the report, so that it can be reviewed and, where appropriate, promptly removed.
